CityMood.org is a non-profit organization that specializes in providing “social intelligence” to city officials. Social intelligence is useful information collected from different social media outlets (e.g., Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) about a community through A.I. The purpose is to connect officials closer to their communities by feeding them the "mood" of their cities and the most talking about topics and issues in their cities. A weekly email is sent to the officials in each city that picks out the 5 most talked about issues in the past week from each social media outlet.
